IMG_2015By 1903, the Cincinnati Northern Railroad had already put Clark Lake on the recreational map for those living south of here.   Changes were coming fast.  In a book written about Jackson County in that year, it was predicted that in only 20 years trolley cars would also line the lake’s shores.
