Once again, guacamole experts gathered to test their skills.  The event took place Sunday, July 16, in what has become an annual face-off at Clark Lake.  Jill Bentley and David Nichols hosted in the historic Every cottage in the Eagle Point Cove.  As expected, the turnout produced some excellent dip.  Check it out in this video.

The former Every cottage safely keeps in place a Clark Lake icon.  Going back generations, Clark Lake kids would visit Rollo and Virginia Every, who owned the Eagle Point Hotel.  Virginia would record their heights on a door and wall of the house.  Here’s an example.

Mike and Teresa McKay were not left out.  Here they are being measured.
