The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for a large area of Michigan including Clark Lake.  The advisory is in effect from 6 am to 10 pm tomorrow (Wednesday 3/16).  They predict that winds will increase around daybreak and gusts from the southwest could reach the 45 to 55 mph range.  You can keep up to date via this website by clicking on “Your 5-day Forecast at a Glance” anytime.  The detailed forecast, as of 5 pm today (Tuesday 3/15) can be found below.

radarConsumers Energy is preparing storm power outages.  Their outage center can be accessed via your smart phone (presuming you have charged it before the lights went out), or you can call (800)-477-5050.

Further, residential and business customers can sign up to receive outage alerts.  Residential customers can visit their new website to set alert preferences.  Business customers can sign up for text alerts by texting REG to 232273 (CECARE) and providing their account number when prompted.
