The Columbia Township Board has decided to close temporarily the Township Park at the west end of Clark Lake.  According to a report at tonight’s meeting (Mon 8/17), a person injured himself, and as a result, required 6 stitches.  Trustees were unsure how the injury occurred, although it might have had something to with a buoy.  The Park will be closed until a cause is determined, and if needed, a remedy put in place.
