Every day at the lake is a good one, but this Raft-O-Rama Sunday was particularly excellent. Temperatures soared to 90, and what better place to be? Apparently many agreed Clark Lake was it, based on the turn-out for Raft-O-Rama. Before reviewing the winners and entire parade, catch the spirit of the day with this video.

We’re on Lake Murray in Lexington South Carolina having moved from Clark Lake in 2000. Boy do we miss the Raft-a-Rama. You do it right with changing themes and a reasonably tight formation so rafts can be seen. Ours is on the Fourth of July and they never change the theme beyond that. And our lake is so big – 55k square acres – but still no excuse to spread out so far. Good luck to all this year
