The committee formed to deal with invasive Eurasian water milfoil and its hybrid, now called Invasive Species Committee, has scheduled a public informational meeting at the Columbia High School Auditorium on Wednesday, December 10th, from 7 pm to 8 pm. The moderator will be Dr. Carley Kratz from the River Raisin Watershed Council.
Those interested in learning more about the problem, the degree of infestation in Clark Lake, and the options for control of the invader may wish to attend.
