This morning (4/29), a crew took down the sign. According to one of them, the sign will be refurbished.

It appears there is a legal conclusion over the controversial sign advertising the Pointe Bar and Grill, located at the corner of Eagle Point and Jefferson Roads. The Cit Pat reports attorneys involved agreed to end the case on April 17th.  For MLive details, please click here.

Congratulations to the Dunigans for having their sign back! You would think that this small community would embrace the great job the Dunigans are doing at Clark Lake. Someone needs to fine the land owner next door for his blatant attempt at blocking The Pointe’s sign. I noticed that it absolutely has no use and is an eye sore. You have to wonder how much these lawsuits that the township has pending are costing us taxpayers. I hope that the sewer issue is resolved soon!
