The Pointe Bar & Grill has closed. According to owner Dewey Bramson, a new owner has purchased it, but he is not able to reveal the identity of the buyer. He added that he expected the new owner would reopen the restaurant sometime around the first of the year.
Dewey Bramson’s Equity Vest Management in East Lansing has operated the restaurant since April 2018, with the building continued to be owned by the Dunigan’s.
Earlier this year, Blair Huff purchased the Marina buildings, boat slips, the party store, and the cottages from the Dunigan’s. The cottages include seven rental units. To read that story, please click here.
