Sally Lyons captured this rainbow over Ocean Beach Road. But she does not report capturing the pot of gold. Or finding the yellow brick road. But she stopped time for a nanosecond for this awesome moment. Thankfully for all of us, there are many opportunities to witness amazing moments in the skies over Clark Lake.
