Doug Doren's swim ps

Doug Doren returning from his dip in Clark Lake’s clear cold water on October 27th.

People who love Clark Lake really, really love it!  That perhaps is the motivation to jump into our lake when it’s really, really cold.  You can be fooled, of course.  When the temperature finds its way into the 70’s after several weeks of much colder weather, you can be persuaded that the lake is telling you to “jump in…yes, the water is inviting.”  But is it?  Ask Doug Doren.  Doug has had a life-long 45-year connection with Clark Lake, so he’s not inexperienced with the ways of the lake.  The good news is that he can still talk about it after today’s swim.

Doug is from Bowling Green and is the nephew of Ron and Beth June.
