Google Earth photos the world via satellite and periodically refreshes the view.  The most recent published Clark Lake satellite photo was taken on July 7, 2018.  The earliest, April 6, 1999.  By going to Google Earth you can zero in on features.  The more recent photos have increased clarity.  It picked up this boat at the west end of the lake on that summer day.

Google Earth allows you to zoom in further than what you see above. You can see people, but not their faces.  By accessing the time icon at the top of the page, you review historical photos going back to 1999. Simply pick a certain location, your cottage for example, and then click through the years.  You may be surprised at the changes that have taken place.  Below is an historical look of the entire lake that goes back to 1999.
