Eleven of Clark Lake’s finest young athletes competed in the annual Kids Triathlon this morning. The event is a joint venture of the Clark Lake Yacht Club and Raft-O-Rama committee. The goal? Winning, fun, and something good to eat. And it appeared all three happened.
The competitors
There were two age divisions:
For 8 and below: 1st – Luke Calhoun, 2nd – Penny Stovall, 3rd – Carter McCall
For 9 – 14: 1st – Joey Ortiz, 2nd – Isabelle Ortiz, 3rd – Ella Stovall
Also competing were Serena Fleming, Mathias Fleming, Madelyn McCall, Gabby Zimmer, and Grace McCall.
