Columbia Township Police are investigating a case of indecent exposure. According to their report, the event took place at approximately 6:14 pm on Thursday, March 10 in the 500 block of Main Street, Cement City. The 14 year old victim told police that a white male in his 30s, medium build, bald with no facial hair, followed the victim and exposed himself. The vehicle was described as an older green-colored minivan.
