Got junk?  Sure you do.  And there’s something you can do about it.  Saturday, June 6th is spring clean up day for Columbia Township residents.

The Township invites you to bring your items to the Township Hall at 8500 Jefferson Road between 10 am and 2 pm.  They ask you to use the west driveway.   Proof of residency is required in the form of a driver’s license, state ID card or tax bill.

Here are some other things you should know:

  • Passenger vehicle tires–$4
  • Truck tires (rear tractor tires not accepted)–$10
  • Car batteries accepted at no charge
  • These are the “no’s”–hazardous materials, liquid paint, compost, propane tanks.  Appliances containing coolant/Freon must be evacuated.
