The National Weather Service predicts freezing rain starting at 5 pm today (Saturday 4/14) through Sunday noon. Accumulations could be as high as 3/4 inch with gusty winds.  They add “expect power outages and tree damage due to the ice. Travel will be impossible. Tree branches could fall. Expect reduced visibilities at times.”

You will need a licensed electrician to repair damage at your house.  That includes the mast that leads wiring to the meter.
