Sunrises and sunsets at Clark Lake paint amazing landscapes. Some last awhile, others are fleeting. This morning (Sat 10/8), Steve Harris captured the sunrise, not directly, but upon the area it illuminated. The photo below shows how the sun cast light upon Eagle Point through the fog.
Moments later, the sun’s light reached over the Point. The three photos below reveal the quickly changing nature of the phenomenon and the different look depending on camera angle. The photos below were taken from the Eagle Point shoreline, west end, by your reporter.
Outstanding photography by my long time friend and attorney. Nice job Steve. We are in Athens Georgia for the Georgia Auburn game at 3:30. Good luck to you guys from Michigan.
Love the photos. There’s no place like Clark Lake in all its beauty!! Thanks, Steve and Rick!!
Good job Steve and Rick—
