Yesterday’s snow had been predicted for several days. The Weather Channel said there was a 100% chance of it, and enough snow to call it a winter storm. And so it happened. At least 6 3/4 inches fell, and more in spots.
The highlight of this snow was its weight. Very heavy. That also made for prime building material for Mike McKay.
As the snow came down at a fierce rate of an inch an hour, not everyone fared well yesterday evening. Daylight revealed this car didn’t get far on Eagle Point Road.
Otherwise, the snow expressed itself with a variety of engaging visuals.

Mother Nature at her very BEST!! Gorgeous morning!
Thanks for the flashback pictures and the others, Rick.
A beautiful Winter Wonderland at Clarklake!
The snowman on the dock looks great. It made me laugh out loud.
Winter Spring Summer or Fall… we love it all!
Why am I not surprised that Mike McKay built a snowman?
The snow is beautiful…….but I’m glad I’m not shoveling it! ⛄️❄️
As always, this lake is the epitome of gorgeous
