A garbage truck hit a utility pole at the northwest corner of Eagle Point and Jefferson Roads this morning, according to a Clark Lake resident. As a result, Columbia Township Police rerouted traffic heading west on Jefferson to north on Eagle Point and then to Lakeview West to rejoin Jefferson Road.
It’s not known if there were injuries. Details to follow.
