Not long after a Code Red severe weather warning this afternoon, the storm hit Clark Lake.  Heavy winds knocked down limbs.  Kayaks and lawn chairs were launched to new locations.  Power went out at 5:26 pm.  The Consumers Energy outage page may not be entirely accurate.  It appears both the Hyde and Ocean Beach Road areas may still have power.  On their website, Consumers predicts an 8:345 pm restoration.  In practice, predicted restoration times vary widely.
