Race Official Fritz Marin and Commodore Frank Hones at today’s skippers meeting
Today’s Clark Lake Yacht Club Fall Regatta start time has been delayed by a half-hour due to high winds. Usually winds over 20 mph pose real difficulty to sailing on Clark Lake. The race is now scheduled to begin at 1:15 pm. The start line will be near Hancock Point at the east end of the lake.
The order of start will be Wayfarers, Buccaneers, & Lasers. Although Hobies were invited, none is participating today.
Three races are scheduled for today, and two, tomorrow. The scheduled start time for tomorrow is 12:45 pm.
