Clark Lakers greeted Wednesday morning with a battalion of balloons overhead.  As they slowly flowed from northwest to southeast, they provided a colorful dash painted on a palate of otherwise grey skies.  There was enough wind to propel them, but not so much that their “breathing” sound was muted.

Charlie Timberlake adds a couple views from the Eagle Point Cove.

Balloon history:

Almost to the day, balloons passed over the lake one year ago in 2023.  Click here to see some familiar designs in today’s story.

Then there was the September 7, 2022 visit when a balloon made a surprise landing on the north shore.

Click here to see a visit in 2018.

It would be easy enough to miss the show.  Thanks to Mike Ligibel and Josie Hones for alerting this website.
