Traffic slowed on Jefferson Road for awhile this evening as passers-by got a good look at a tree that had been downed. Apparently felled by the stress of the storm, Consumers Energy was also on the scene. Columbia Township Police did not believe anyone was injured.
The storm brought plenty of rain accompanied by thunder and lightning.
