The National Weather Service’s winter storm warning for Clark Lake remains in effect until 4 pm (scroll down for text).  According to Bill Leutz, about 10 inches has fallen so far, as measured in his backyard. And as of 9 am today (Thursday 2/25), light to moderate snow continues.  The National Weather Service predicts an additional 2 inches this morning.

Traffic is moving on both Eagle Point Road and Hyde Road, but slowly.  Lakeview West is all but impassable.  With winds northwest 18-20, the amount of drifting depends on your exposure to the frigid blasts.

Snowplows attempting to clear Florida Avenue this morning became stuck.  Watch Elise Bentley Fish’s video below.
