If you’re by your fireplace, cozy and warm, then looking out the window at the lake has a certain charm today. Beth June captured a few scenes from along the Eagle Point shore, west end, earlier today (Monday, Jan 5).
At 1 pm, the temperature hadn’t crawled out of the single digits (9 degrees). The winter-like feel was intensified by winds whipping out of the west at 14 mph creating a -7 wind chill factor. Snow and single digits are ahead. Throw in another log and bring on the hot chocolate!
