The tradition continues.  On the last raft ride of the season, C. J. Cox assembles a group to count the number of docks, lifts, and boats that are still in the water.  This year’s count took place on November 10, the same date as last year.  In 2020, the census happened on November 8th.

Here are the results.

Did you notice fewer docks are in the lake than last year?  Anecdotal evidence suggests leaves came off the trees earlier this year.  Could these sign suggest something about the coming season?
