Jefferson Road will be closed to traffic tomorrow (Fri 5/31), 9 am to 12 noon, between Hewitt and Constitution. Traffic will pass through for the funeral of a Jackson County Sheriffs deputy who perished in an accident on Saturday, May 25th. The funeral for Chris Davis will be held at Heart O’ The Lakes Church, 7031 Jefferson Road. A visitation will be held at the church between 10 am and 11 am, with the service following from 11 am to 12 noon.
Because of his law enforcement service, Deputy Davis will be honored by the presence of police cars and other emergency vehicles.
