Laurie LaZebnek, a published author from Clark Lake, will speak at the Jackson District Library on Tuesday, November 11 at 1 pm. To her credit are The Atomic Sailor, the True Story of “Admiral” James McLaughlin, (McLaughlin lived in this area); and Strongheart, a Dog Who Was a Coward. An adapted excerpt from Strongheart can be found under Tales on this website. Laurie wrote another piece on this website, and it can be found under My Clark Lake Story. Both contributions have Clark Lake twists to them.
