The 2013 Raft-O-Rama will go into history showing Clark Lake’s wealth of creativity. It also showed how Michiganders can deal with cold when it’s supposed to be warm! It was definitely sweatshirt weather, but there was plenty of excellence as the rafts paraded around the lake.
